The room was fine, but cleaning definitely needs improvement.

Exceptional place, it has very attentive staff from staff to management. Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with balcony. The location of hotel is stunning and absolutely perfect for exploring a monastery and a castle very close to the property.

Really nice overall experience. Spacious and clean hotel, location was beautiful and magnificent just next door to the center, cable car for the mountains Pelisor castle and the monastery and Taverna Sarbului restaurant. Fashionable room, great beds, clean bathroom.

Can hear other guests at night, but food quality and comfortable beds impress .

Very elegant boutique hotel, with modern interior.Interior design and furnishings of room were cool and relaxing. Breakfast time was extended to 11:00, which is convenient if you want to wake up late while on holiday. Breakfast was a good buffet breakfast on weekends but a la carte on weekdays when occupancy was low, but they provided us with a good breakfast including most of the buffet items. The Forest restaurant is architecturally magnificent, blending in with the surroundings and truly a "forest restauarant".Very courteous and helpful staff. Great views from the room balcony. The hotel is embedded in the forest, offering many nice walks around it, and you can walk to Peles castle or even to the main street in Sinaia.

Bathroom could use more towel racks. Menu in Forest restaurant should be translated into English.

Positive, We had an amazing time! The Innsbruck room was spacious and super clean, with great décor. The breakfast buffet offered tons of options and was delicious. Staff went out of their way to. Always a pleasure to come back 😊

Very beautiful hotel situated in a nice quiet area. Very attentive personnel that care about their guests and try to solve all their problems. I really enjoyed the spa center and the massage services. The room was cosy and elegant and the view from the balcony very nice. Indeed a great hotel that I'll remember for my future stays.

Perfect cleanliness standards made us feel comfortable.

We faced several disappointing issues. The room we stayed in was showing signs of wear, with old furniture and a malfunctioning bathroom fixture. I was shocked when the waiter refused my request for medium-rare duck, citing safety concerns. It felt overly cautious and diminished my dining experience.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was like a town house with the bedroom upstairs. The furniture and decor was very upscale with beautiful colors. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to local attractions like the Peles castle...very beautiful.

They just didn't give us a customized bill so the amount was higher than the amount on bookings.com but it was worth it.

Excellent customer service. The location is up the hill from the main street in Sinaia, but it allows for great views. This is an excellent location for winter vacations and summer mountain getaways.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with bug spray. You won't regret staying here. I'm coming back soon!
